Once prediction is delivered, no refunds are issued regardless of satisfaction with the outcome.

1. No Cancellation Policy

ONCE PROCESSED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED

All payments made on Jupiter's Ultima are final and non-cancellable once initiated. This policy exists because:

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Predictions are generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation
  • No Physical Goods: We deal exclusively in digital services that cannot be "returned"
  • Immediate Resource Allocation: Our systems immediately process your request using computational resources
  • Irreversible Transactions: Payment gateways do not allow us to "undo" a completed transaction

By clicking "Pay" and completing the transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to cancel the transaction after payment confirmation.

Please double-check your question, selected number, and service type before proceeding with payment.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

WE DO NOT REFUND BASED ON PREDICTION CONTENT

Once a prediction has been successfully delivered to you, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the prediction outcome (e.g., you received a "NO" but wanted a "YES")
  • Disagreement with the astrological interpretation
  • The prediction did not come true or match reality (astrology is probabilistic, not guaranteed)
  • You changed your mind after receiving the answer
  • You asked the wrong question or entered incorrect information
  • Emotional response to the prediction

Astrological predictions are based on interpretative systems and are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. They are not guarantees of future events. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this inherent uncertainty.

3. Failed Delivery – We've Got You Covered

In the rare event that your payment is successfully processed but you do not receive your prediction (due to technical errors, server issues, or any other reason), we offer the following guaranteed resolutions:

Our team investigates the issue and responds within 24 hours (usually much faster)

Choose Your Resolution

We offer you one of the following options (your choice):

Resend

We resend your original prediction to your email immediately

New Free Prediction

We give you a completely new prediction at no cost

Full Refund

We issue a 100% refund to your original payment method

Note: These options apply ONLY when the payment was successful but the prediction was not delivered due to our system error. They do not apply if you received the prediction but are dissatisfied with the content.

4. How to Report a Failed Delivery

When Emailing, Please Include:

  • Transaction ID / Order ID (from Razorpay or your payment confirmation email)
  • Date and time of payment
  • The exact question you asked
  • Your selected horary number (1-249)
  • Email address used during the transaction (if available)
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation (Must)

Time Limit for Reporting

Failed delivery reports must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Reports after 7 days may not be eligible for refund/new prediction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service:

  • Contact us immediately at support@jupiterultima.online with proof of both transactions
  • We will verify the duplicate charges with Razorpay
  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s)
  • Refunds for duplicates are typically processed within 5-7 business days

Note: Duplicate refunds are processed only after we confirm that both payments were for the same user and same service.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization:

  1. Contact your bank/payment provider immediately to report the unauthorized charge
  2. Email us at support@jupiterultima.online with details of the transaction
  3. We will cooperate fully with any investigation and provide transaction details to verify legitimacy
  4. Upon confirmation of unauthorized use, we will issue a full refund

Important: If we determine that the transaction was authorized by you (e.g., you shared your payment details, or the transaction matches your usual pattern), no refund will be issued.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

When a refund is approved (under the eligible circumstances above):

  • Initial Review: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Payment Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Notification: You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

By completing a payment on Jupiter's Ultima, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. You understand that:

  • Payments cannot be cancelled once initiated
  • No refunds will be issued after prediction delivery
  • If you don't receive your prediction, you must contact us within 7 days
  • Our resolution options include resend, new free prediction, or refund
