Jupiter's Ultima provides advanced astrological predictions based on the KP Horary system and other astrological methodologies. Our Services include:

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account by keeping your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if we suspect unauthorized use.

Certain Services require payment. By purchasing any paid Service, you agree to the following terms:

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with advance notice where practicable
• Current pricing: Yes/No Horary (₹12), Insight Tools (₹49), Premium Engines (₹99)

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor
• We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers
• By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy
• You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide

5.3 Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with transaction details
• The prediction or service will be delivered immediately after payment confirmation
• It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided

Due to the digital nature of our Services, we maintain a strict refund policy with limited exceptions:

6.1 No Refunds for Delivered Services

Once a prediction has been generated and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where you are dissatisfied with the prediction outcome or interpretation.

6.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Errors: If you were charged but did not receive your prediction due to a system error
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service
• Unauthorized Use: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to investigation)

6.3 Refund Request Process

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date
• Email support@jupiterultima.online with your transaction ID and reason for refund
• We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Any outcomes or consequences resulting from your use of our Services
• Verifying the accuracy of any information before acting upon it
• Consulting qualified professionals for specific advice in their respective fields

All content on our Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Jupiter's Ultima or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

8.1 Our License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written consent
• Reverse engineer any aspect of our Services

8.2 Your Content

By submitting questions, feedback, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Any predictions will be accurate or come true
• The Services will meet your specific requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

Astrological predictions are based on interpretative systems and should be treated as entertainment and guidance only. They are not scientific facts and should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JUPITER'S ULTIMA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Financial losses resulting from trading or investment decisions
• Personal or relationship decisions made based on predictions
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jupiter's Ultima, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of our Services caused damage to a third party
• Any decisions or actions you take based on our predictions

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jupiter's Ultima (e.g., Razorpay, Google Analytics, Cloudflare).

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will cease immediately
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability)

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use our Services and contacting us to request account deletion.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@jupiterultima.online. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, India and the judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jupiter's Ultima regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
